- Provided architectural support, including navigation, information hierarchy and wire-frames for Pearson Foundation site redesign
- Managed website implementation for Jumpstart’s “Read for the Record” campaign, including:
- Built and maintained book-selling site and managed fulfillment for over 100,000 books
- Built the Foundation’s companion site for the campaign
- Implemented Jumpstart’s redesigned corporate version of the site, including architectural documentation and support
- Built three versions of the International Youth Foundation’s “Passport to Success” website for programs in Mexico, India and a version for English-speaking countries; managed the translation process for lesson documents
- Managed the Foundation’s version of the Convio content management system for email campaigns, newsletters, donation forms and e-commerce, using a combination of HTML, CSS and pre-built components

- Led team of information architects in creating documentation, from wireframes to technical specifications, for complete redesign of Providian’s Online Account Access website
- Created documentation and support for Kessler’s website redesign, including usability scripting and testing
